From a seven-minute assessment to a weekly read on your pipeline.
Take the assessment
Forty questions across eight dimensions: targeting, lead velocity, follow-up, systems, discovery, pitch, closing mechanics and forecasting.
Get your leak score
A score, an estimated annual leak in dollars, and a ranked list of what to fix first. Self-reported answers are marked Possible, never Confirmed.
Connect your CRMEarly access
Leak re-scores the same eight dimensions against what your pipeline actually did, then produces a weekly brief on what changed.
Your CRM can tell you what your pipeline says. It can’t tell you whether it’s true.
A forecast can look healthy while deals sit untouched for weeks. A rep can hit quota while quietly sourcing nothing themselves. A loss gets marked “price” when the buyer never saw a real demo. None of that shows up in a dashboard — because dashboards report what’s in the CRM. They don’t ask whether it’s accurate.
Deals that were never real.
Carried in the forecast, killed at the last minute, and nobody asks why.
Deals that are real but held back.
Genuine engagement, artificially slow progression, close dates that slip by exactly a month.
Deals that quietly died.
No activity for weeks while the pipeline still counts them.
Every finding says how sure it is.
Leak does not present a guess as fact. Each finding carries one of three labels, so you know what to act on and what to check first.
Verified against your CRM data.
Supported by behavioral signals, not yet confirmed by the CRM.
Self-reported, or thin evidence; worth checking, not worth acting on alone.
Data handling
Read-only access. Identifiers tokenized before they are stored.
You choose which fields Leak can read before you authorize anything. Leak does not write to your CRM.
What Leak reads
- Deal stage names and transition timestamps
- Deal values and expected close dates
- Activity counts: emails, calls, meetings, not content
- Contact role bands: IC, Manager, Director, VP, C-suite
How it is handled
- Leak does not request contact names, emails or phone numbers.
- Record identifiers become account-scoped tokens on Leak's servers before anything is stored.
- Leak requests read permissions and makes no write calls to your CRM.
- Salesforce API permission is broader than read-only, so Leak blocks write requests in code there.
