Deal Desk
90-Minute Re-Engagement Strategy Session
For deals that have stalled, gone dark, or closed lost on a reason that doesn't fully add up. We work through the behavioral evidence together and build a concrete re-engagement plan before you leave the call.
Session details
What the session covers
Behavioral evidence review
We start from the tokenized CRM signals Leak already flagged — activity drop-off date, last stage change, close-date slip history, owner engagement pattern. If the deal is a zombie or a confirmed closed-loss candidate, that data is on the table before we discuss it.
Stated vs. implied objection analysis
We work through the gap between what the prospect said ("budget," "timing," "not a priority") and what the behavioral data suggests. Most stalls have a real reason underneath the stated one. The session surfaces it.
Re-engagement sequence design
We build a specific outreach approach for this deal — who to contact, in what order, with what framing — based on the deal's history and the prospect's likely internal dynamics. Not a template. An actual plan for this account.
Walk-away criteria
We agree in advance on the conditions under which you stop pursuing the deal, so the team doesn't spend another quarter chasing something that's not coming back. Clear criteria prevent zombie recurrence.
What you walk away with
A written re-engagement plan for the specific deal — contacts, sequence, framing, and timing.
A clear articulation of the real objection underneath the stated one, with a response framework.
Agreed walk-away conditions so the deal doesn't become a recurring zombie.
A brief debrief note you can share with your manager or board without disclosing CRM data.
Availability is limited. Sessions are scheduled individually — reply time is typically within one business day.
Deal names, contact names, and CRM identifiers remain private throughout the session. We work from Leak's tokenized metrics — amounts, dates, stage counts, and activity patterns — not raw CRM records.
