Continuous Monitoring
Your revenue process, scored every week against live deal data.
The one-time assessment tells you where you stand today. Continuous monitoring tells you whether it's getting better — and fires an alert when it's getting worse.
What runs each week
CRM pull & tokenization
Leak reads your open and recently closed deals from HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho (CRM compatibility is Early access). In Leak's server-side ingestion pipeline, CRM record identifiers are converted to account-scoped, one-way tokens before they are persisted. Leak's CRM queries exclude contact names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
Eight-dimension scoring
The same scoring engine that powers your initial report runs against your live deal data. Each dimension gets a score and tier grade (A–D). The overall score updates to reflect your current pipeline state, not last quarter's answers.
Delta tracking
Each week's score is compared to the prior week's. The brief shows you exactly which dimensions moved, by how much, and whether the trend is improving or regressing. A dimension that drops two tiers in a week is surfaced immediately.
CRM-verified findings
Behavioral detectors run across your pipeline: sandbagging (close dates slipping without stage progression), zombie deals (no activity for 30+ days), EOQ concentration (revenue clustering in the final two weeks of the quarter), coverage gaps, and reactive pipeline patterns. Findings are labeled CONFIRMED or LIKELY based on the strength of the signal — not self-reported.
Accountability loop
Flagged actions from the prior week carry forward. The brief tracks which issues were resolved and which persisted, calculates a remediation rate, and shows an eight-week trailing trend. You always know whether the team is actually fixing what the diagnostic found.
Data handling
Leak does not request customer names, emails or phone numbers from your CRM.
Deal IDs and owner IDs are converted to account-scoped, one-way tokens in Leak's server-side ingestion pipeline before they are persisted. The stored token cannot be reversed to identify the original record without the source identifier and account-specific secret.
Leak stores deal metrics (amounts, dates, stage counts, activity counts) and scores — never personal identifiers.
You can revoke CRM access at any time. Revoking stops all future reads; historical metrics already processed are retained as anonymized aggregate data.
